Back in 2023, our techie couple Aaravind(Ex Amazon, Microsoft) and Kushi(Ex Deloitte) were able to secure mixed use permit to their large farm use property near Abbottsford BC, a first in the community through due dilligence and meticulous research on zoning process in North America. The potential to transform decades of unconnected and unoriginal zoning approvals to ones with maximum benefits to stakeholders was so huge that real estate czar CrowdStreet Capital LLC decided to fund our startup to explore this untapped market of using AI to rezone our cities and suburbs to a highly utilitarian, economically profitable and more sustainable living ecocosms.
